Schedule-conflict warnings on applicants

An amber chip flags applicants who already have another Bluebridge commitment on the same day. It's advisory only, useful context before you assign.

When you're looking at the applicants list for a date, each applicant row may show a small amber warning icon. The chip means that applicant already has something else on Bluebridge that day, it gives you a quick read on whether they're likely to be a clean fit before you decide to assign.

Where you'll see it

  • Applicants list on each event date, chips appear next to officials who have a conflict on that specific day.
  • The same chip appears for officials in their own surfaces too, so they're aware before they apply or accept.

What the hover reveals

Hover or tap the chip to see a short sentence about the conflict. From the assignor's view, the phrasing always starts with "Has" since you're looking at someone else's calendar:

  • "Has applied to X this day", they have a pending application on another event.
  • "Has accepted X this day", they've already committed to working another event.
  • "Assigned X this day", they've been assigned or accepted on another match the same day.
  • "Requested release from X this day", they're trying to drop another date but haven't been let go yet.
