Frequently asked
Are officials really always free?
Yes. Bluebridge bills assignors and tournament directors, never the officials working their events. If you officiate tennis matches, you can request access and sign up at no cost.
How does the 1-week free trial work?
Basic and Premium both come with a 7-day free trial. You get the full feature set of the tier you pick, and we don't charge anything until day 8. Cancel any time during the trial and there's no bill. Division I programs use per-program licensing and don't need a trial — drop us a line.
What counts as an 'active' tournament?
An active tournament is one with at least one date in the future or within the last 30 days. Tournaments that finished more than 30 days ago drop off your active count automatically.
Can I switch between Basic and Premium?
Yes. Move up to Premium any time you hit the Basic tier's tournament cap, or move down at renewal if your volume is back under it. No long-term commitment.
When does billing actually start?
On the day you check out. Bluebridge bills through Stripe: click the plan you want, hit Get on the list, and you land in Stripe's hosted checkout to enter a payment method. Basic and Premium include a one-week free trial, so your card isn't charged until the trial ends — you can cancel any time before then from Profile → Plan and you won't be billed at all.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Profile → Plan and hit “Manage billing” to land in the Stripe Customer Portal. Update your card, switch tiers, download receipts, or cancel from there. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; your access stays available until then.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe retries on its standard schedule and your plan status flips to past-due in the meantime. /profile shows a banner with a one-click jump back into the Customer Portal to update your card. If the charge is still uncollected after the retry window, paid features pause (data is retained) until you clear the balance — then access restores automatically.
Do Division I programs share the assignor surface?
Yes. Division I programs get the same college dual-match scheduling surface as everyone else, including match reports, roster management, and co-assignors. The license model is the only thing that differs.
Is there a discount for multiple Division I programs?
Get in touch. We can put together a multi-program rate for athletic departments running both the men's and women's seasons (or several programs across a conference).
Ready to give it a try?
Officials request access right here. Assignors, get on the list from a tier above. Division I programs, drop us a line and we'll set you up.
