Adding co-assignors
Share an event with another assignor so two of you can manage applicants together.

A co-assignor has the same powers you do on a single event: they can assign and release officials, edit matches, designate referees, and review match reports. They can't delete the event itself.
When to add one
- A college program where two coaches share scheduling duties.
- A tournament with one assignor on-site and another off-site.
- When you go on vacation and want coverage without handing off ownership.
How to add
- Open the event you own and click Settings.
- In the Co-assignors section, search for the other assignor by email or name.
- Add them. They get access immediately — provided they have their own active paid Bluebridge plan (see below).
Showing on the event
Co-assignors appear as small chips under the Assignor card on the event page so officials know who else they can reach. When a co-assignor assigns a date, the official sees "Assigned by [Name]" on their row.
