A calendar you can read at a glance

My CalendarBusy days fill in solid instead of carrying a small dot, in the color of your highest role that day, with one dot for each kind of thing on it. Blocked days fill solid too: red for unavailable, sky blue for officiating elsewhere.
My CalendarChoose your own colors. Click a category in the key under the calendar and pick a preset, or Custom for the color wheel. Your choice carries across devices and to the date tiles on your dashboard.
Travel reimbursement and match invoicing

PaymentsEvents can carry a mileage rate. Every roster row then shows what that official’s drive is worth, the Compensation card totals it across the season, and the figure carries into the completion dialog so travel gets paid rather than remembered.
PaymentsOne drive covering several matches is charged once and split between them. An official working two matches in a day drove there once; one with a room booked between two days stayed rather than driving home. Consecutive days on their own are still two drives — without somewhere to stay, they went home.
PaymentsDistances are driving distances where we can get one, a figure you record by hand where we cannot, and a straight-line estimate only as a last resort — labelled as one, because measured against real payment records a straight line runs about 17% short.
PaymentsEvents Bluebridge does not pay can now be invoiced from the event page: one match, or a month of them on a single bill. Lines are editable before anything is raised, Download hands you the PDF, and Send emails it to the school — after confirming the total and asking you to attest the officials worked it.
PaymentsAn event can name its own payee. If a local umpires association bills the school and pays the officials, invoices for that event carry its name, address, and payment details rather than yours. Leave it blank to invoice as yourself.
PaymentsMatch buttons say whether a match has been billed — drafted, sent, or paid — and stay clickable, because a corrected invoice and a resend are both ordinary.
EventsThe address on an event no longer repeats the venue name printed directly above it, and a matchup’s gender tag and staffing tick can no longer wrap onto a line of their own.
ScoringPublishing a match to the public scoreboard is now documented, including what goes on it, what never does, and what you take on by making player names public.
LegalThe Privacy Policy and Terms have been updated for both — travel data and what it is used for, and the rules around publishing a scoreboard. The Privacy Policy also corrects a statement that we did not store coordinates derived from your address. We do, and always did.
Conference matches

EventsCollege seasons have a Conference field in Settings — SCIAC, Big Ten, WCC, whatever you type. Free text, so associate members and community-college conferences work without waiting on us.
EventsMark any match as a Conference match from the add or edit dialog, and it carries a label with your conference name next to the date and start time. Nothing is inferred from the opponent — the same school can be a conference dual one week and a tournament round the next.
EventsThe Team details field previously called "University" is now "Site" — it holds the venue where matches are played (Marks Tennis Stadium, Arnhold Tennis Center), which is how most of you were already using it.
EventsRelease requests now read red on the event page instead of amber, so a request to hand back a date no longer looks like an ordinary pending assignment.
EventsHover an official on the applicants list to see exactly when they accepted or declined. Historical assignments are backfilled, so the dates are there for past decisions too.
My CalendarA calendar page of your own, under For Officials. Same month as the dashboard, given the full width instead of a third of a row.
My CalendarBlocked days now take a reason and a note. Pick Unavailable for a day off, or Officiating for an event that is not in Bluebridge and name it — "Newport Beach UTR". Red and blue respectively, and the note reads right on the day, so a month is legible without opening anything.
My CalendarDays show what is on them instead of a bare dot: the event name, or a count when there are several, and one dot per event rather than one per color. If you assign an event and work it, it counts once under the higher role.
My CalendarBlock a whole tournament in one go. On desktop, hit Select dates, click the first day, shift-click the last, and write the note once — every day in the selection gets it. Days you are already working are skipped rather than failing the batch.
TournamentsSite referees: mark who runs each venue on each day from the Sites card. Shows as Site Referee next to their name, SITE on phones.
Assignments, every which way

Action ItemsA live to-do queue for assignors: unfilled days, matches without a referee, and release requests (always pinned on top with Grant / Deny inline). Assign or promote officials right from the list — the notification email goes out immediately.
Action ItemsOne-by-one mode: swipe through the queue card by card with act-and-advance and a 30-second undo window before actions publish.
AnalyticsPer-official stats across every event you assign: applies, assigns, accepts, declines, accept rates with color grading, head-referee days, median travel miles, and scheduled-through dates. Filter by season, org, and group; export CSV.
DashboardActivity Feed: your 10 latest applications, accepts, declines, and release requests (officials see their latest assignments). Click through to jump straight to the match; entries mark themselves Viewed once seen or acted on.
DashboardSix quick-action tiles for assignors with a live Action Items count, and calendar entries merge when you hold multiple roles on the same match.
FixesAssignments and referee picks made from Action Items now actually send their notification emails — a batch of stuck referee notifications was also delivered retroactively. Reminder emails count calendar days correctly ("in 2 days" two days out). The logo follows live light/dark theme switches.

InvoicesEvery invoice — client-account and personal — takes an optional title ("Spring 2027 dual matches") that prints on the PDF and shows in your lists. Tax-free invoices print a single Total Due instead of a redundant Subtotal.
HousingHousing requests show each official's straight-line miles from home to the event site, so distance sanity-checks are one glance.
AccountsLinking an event to a client account works again, and account pages got a mobile cleanup.
Smoother assigning and smarter emails

AssigningDoubleheader day-assign: assigning an official to one match of a doubleheader offers the other match of that day in the same motion, and unpublished assignments got a clearer staged-changes flow.
EmailsReplies to event emails go to the event's assignor instead of the platform inbox, force-accepts notify the official immediately, and application-activity email preferences split into four separate toggles.
