My Calendar

Your month in one place — and blocking days with a reason so you know what they are.

Account3 min read

My Calendar lives under For Officials and shows the same month as the dashboard calendar, given the whole page instead of a third of a row. If you want one calendar for your tennis year, this is the page to keep open.

What you see on it

  • Green — a day you are working as an official.
  • Blue — a day you are the referee.
  • Grey — a day you have applied to and are waiting to hear back on.
  • Amber — a day you are assigning, if you also run events. It only appears if you do.

A day with one event names it in the cell. A day with several says how many, and hovering shows the full list with times and opponents. If you both assign and work the same match, it counts once and takes the label of the higher role.

Blocking a day

Tap any open day. Pick a reason first, then add the text that goes with it:

  • Unavailable — a day off. Travel, family, rest. The note is optional.
  • Officiating — you are working an event that is not in Bluebridge. The text is that event’s name, e.g. Newport Beach UTR or an ITF week.

The two are different colors on the calendar: red for unavailable, blue for officiating elsewhere. Both strike through the date, because either way the day is spoken for. The note itself shows in the day, so you can read a month without opening anything — which is the point if you are juggling ITA, USTA, UTR and ITF weeks at once.

Either way the day stops accepting applications on Bluebridge, and assignors see it as unavailable. To change the reason or the note later, tap the day again, edit, and Save. Unblock removes it entirely.

Blocking several days at once

A tournament week does not need doing one day at a time. Click Select dates above the calendar, then:

  1. 1Tap the first day.
  2. 2Shift-click the last day to fill in everything between them.
  3. 3Tap any other days you want to add or remove — they do not have to be next to each other.
  4. 4Click Block N days, pick the reason, and write the note once. Every day in the selection gets it.

Select dates is a desktop feature. On a phone the calendar shows as a list of the days that already have something on them, so there are no empty days to pick from — block those one at a time, or pick the range on a computer.

Days you are already working
If a day in your selection already has an assignment or application on it, it is skipped rather than blocking the whole batch. The others go through.
Days you already have work on
You cannot block a day where you have a live application or assignment — the day is already committed. Withdraw or request a release first, then block it.
