Seeing the tournament schedule once you accept

After you accept any day on a tournament, the event page shows every site, the full crew on each day, and each official's report time, read-only, but yours to plan around.

Coordinating with other officials2 min read

Where to look

Open the tournament from My assignments (or anywhere it appears) and scroll past the date list. The "Sites and Schedules" card sits below the dates, one section per venue, with the day-by-day roster nested inside.

You have to be accepted on at least one day
Pending and assigned applicants don't see the schedule yet, only accepted (or in-flight release-requested) officials get the read-only view. Once you accept, the whole card appears on your next page load.

What you see

  • Every site the assignor has created, with name and address. Tap the address to open it in your maps app.
  • A row per day under each site, showing the officials placed there with their report times.
  • Each row reads time → name → (R) badge when the official is the head referee.
  • Rows sort by report time, earliest first. When two officials share a time, the head referee floats to the top, then alphabetical.
"No one scheduled here yet" is normal early on
If a site shows the empty-day note for some days, that just means the assignor hasn't placed anyone at that site on that day. You'll see your own row appear under whichever site you're assigned to as soon as the assignor places you.

Read-only on purpose

You can read the schedule but not edit it, no add, remove, or report-time editing. If a report time looks wrong, ping the assignor; their edit propagates to your reminder email and your calendar export.

The Share Schedule email is the official broadcast
Assignors typically fire a "Share Schedule" email once assignments are finalized, that email is the authoritative day-by-day snapshot you should plan to. The Sites and Schedules card on the event page mirrors that snapshot live, so post-email edits show up here without another email.
