Seeing the crew on each match

Every match on My assignments shows the other officials working it. Status is color-coded, and tapping a name copies their email.

Where to find it

Open My assignments. Each match shows a small "Crew" list directly under the matchup line, the same crew is shown to every official on that match, so you all see the same names.

What the colors mean

  • Green, the official has accepted and is locked in.
  • Amber, the official has been assigned but has not accepted yet.

Accepted officials are listed first (alphabetically), then assigned officials (also alphabetically). A small blue "Referee" badge (or a compact "R" chip on mobile) marks the referee. The line for your own name has a "(you)" tag so you can find yourself.

Tap a name to copy their email

Click or tap any crew member to copy their email address to your clipboard, handy when you need to reach out about logistics or travel. A small "✓ email copied" indicator confirms it worked, then fades.

Copy emails at once

Next to the crew list on each match you're assigned to, a "Copy emails" affordance grabs every crew member's email address (except yours) in one click, handy for sending a single carpool or pre-match logistics email to the whole crew. Crew members without an email on file are skipped silently.
