Filing match reports (referees)

If you were designated the referee on a college match, you are the one who files the report. The CTA only appears for you, and only after the match start time has passed.

Where the CTA appears

• On /my-assignments under the match's row, you see Complete match report once the start time has passed.
• On /events/[id] (the event page itself), the same CTA shows under the match row.

What to fill in

• Officials present, every accepted official is pre-checked. Uncheck anyone who was a no-show.
• Code violations per team, player, code, penalty (warning / point / game).
• Coach behavior, anything outside acceptable conduct.
• Spectator issues, crowd noise, conflict, intervention required.
• Excessive overrules, any pattern of line calls being overruled by the chair.
