The agreement gate
When you signed up, you ticked a checkbox confirming you read and agreed to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Both are linked in every email footer and in the global footer of the site so you can re-read them at any time.
What Bluebridge is, and isn’t
Bluebridge is a coordination platform: assignors post events and matches, officials apply and accept. Bluebridge is not your employer, not a tournament operator, and not a certifying body. Pay, scheduling, cancellations, and on-court matters are between you and the assignor (or the entity they represent).
Dispute resolution
- Disputes with Bluebridge are resolved through individual, binding arbitration administered by the AAA, not court, except for small-claims cases.
- You cannot bring a class action against Bluebridge; arbitration is one person at a time.
- For any dispute that does end up in court (e.g. small claims), both sides waive a jury trial.
- Claims must be brought within one year of when they arise. After that the dispute is permanently barred.
Release of claims between users
By using Bluebridge you release Bluebridge from claims arising out of your interactions with other users, other officials, assignors, players, coaches, parents, spectators. We don't verify identities, certifications, ratings, or insurance, so you're responsible for evaluating the people and events you choose to work with.
What’s in the Privacy Policy
- What we collect, what you give us (name, email, USTA section, etc.) and what's generated by your use (applications, assignments, match reports).
- Who can see it, applications are visible to the event’s assignor; the crew on a match can see one another; match reports are visible to the assignor and Bluebridge admins.
- No selling, we never sell your personal information and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
- Vendors, Supabase (database, auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email).
