Updating your profile
Profile picture, name, phone, address, USTA section, what each field affects and how to keep it current.
Your profile is the canonical source for everything Bluebridge knows about you. Most of it has practical consequences in how assignors find and contact you.
Profile picture
The "Profile picture" card at the top of /profile is where you upload your avatar. Click the camera badge on the circle to pick an image. PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB. A "Remove" link clears it back to your initials.
Where it shows up today: next to your name in group rosters, in the top-right account circle on every page, and on your profile identity header. It refreshes as soon as you finish uploading, no page reload needed.
Editing fields
Profile fields save per-field, type a new value, click outside, and the field saves. A small green check confirms the save. No bulk "Save changes" button at the bottom; every field is independent.
What each field is for
- First name and last name, how you appear to assignors and on rosters.
- Email, your login. Changes require a confirmation click on the new address; see the "Changing your email address" article.
- Phone, assignors call or text you for day-of logistics. Optional but strongly recommended for officials.
- Address, used when assignors estimate travel allowance and for tax forms if Bluebridge ever issues them.
- USTA section, defaults your Find an event filter to your geographic boundary. Set this once and you stop seeing events 3,000 miles away.
- Role, visible to you only. Assignors and admins are the only ones who can change a role; if you need yours changed, ask an admin.
Spotted a bug? The floating ? button
On every page once you're signed in, a small ? button is anchored to the bottom-right of the viewport. Click it to open a Report a problem dialog and tell us what went wrong. The report lands in our admin issue tracker and we triage from there. For what to include and how follow-ups work, see Reporting a problem.
