What is viewer access?
A per-event, read-only seat for coaches, ADs, and support staff who need to see the officials roster without changing anything.
Getting started2 min read
Viewer is a read-only role scoped to a single event. An assignor grants you a seat on the event they run; you can see the officials working it and copy their contact info, but you can't apply, accept, assign, or edit anything.
Who it's for
- Coaches who need to know which officials are coming to a dual match.
- Athletic directors and ops staff coordinating around a tournament weekend.
- Support staff who need contact info to confirm logistics, but who shouldn't be in the assignment flow.
What you can do
- Open the event page and see the officials roster, names, emails, and phone numbers when officials have provided them.
- Copy individual addresses, copy a single day's emails as a block, or copy every email on the event in one click.
- Opt in to a match reminder email a set number of days before each event date.
- See the assignor and any co-assignors at the bottom of the event page so you know who to contact.
What you can't do
- Apply for assignments, accept or decline offers, request release, or block dates.
- Edit anything on the event, dates, sites, report times, the roster.
- See events you haven't been added to. Your dashboard and My Events list are scoped to just the events where you hold a viewer seat.
- Access the admin tools, the platform-wide officials directory, or the match-reports area.
How you got here
If you're new, your viewer invite arrived as an email titled "You've been added to [event] as a viewer." Accept it to set a password, then you land on the event. If you already had a Bluebridge account, the assignor added your existing account directly, the next time you sign in, the event shows up in My Events.
