Copying contact info
Three copy buttons, per-row, per-day, and event-wide, plus a note on phone formatting.

Copying is the main thing you do as a viewer, so there are three layers of it depending on how much you need at once.
Three layers of copy
- Per-row, click the email on any official's row. The address goes to your clipboard and you get a small check-mark confirmation. Same for phone numbers.
- Per-day, each day header has a "Copy N emails" button. It grabs every distinct official email working that day, comma-separated, ready to paste into a To: line.
- Event-wide, the same button in the page header pulls every distinct email across every day of the event. Use it for an all-hands message.
Phone formatting
U.S. numbers are shown as (XXX) XXX-XXXX so they're easy to scan and dial. If an official entered an international number, it's shown as they typed it. Clicking the phone copies the digits exactly as they were stored, so the format you paste matches what dialer apps expect.
When a number is missing
Phone is optional for officials. If a row has no phone, the slot just stays blank, there's no placeholder to copy. Email is always present.
