Match reminders
Opt in to an email N days before each match date, the email carries the officials roster and the assignor contact for that day.
Match reminders are an opt-in email that lands a set number of days before each date on an event. They're per-event, so you can run different cadences on different events, tight for a championship weekend, loose for a season of regular-season duals.
Turning it on
On the event page, look for the reminder pill strip near the top: Off / 1 day / 3 days / 7 days. Tap the option you want. The change saves immediately; if anything goes wrong on the server, the pill reverts and tells you.
When the email fires
A daily job runs once a day and sends one email per (you, event date) pair where date − today equals your chosen number of days. So if you picked 3 days and a match is on Friday, the email goes out Tuesday.
What's in the email
- The match date and start time (college) or the tournament day number.
- For college, the matchup and gender. For tournaments, the day label.
- The officials roster for that day, name, email, and phone for each accepted official.
- The assignor contact for the event.
- A direct link back to the event page in case you want the full picture.
Per-event by design
Different events have different audiences in your head, a Pac-12 weekend isn't the same as a regional ITF. That's why the toggle lives on each event instead of in a single global setting. You can be at 7 days on one and Off on another.
